Download Job Measurements as a File

Why would I use this?

This action allows you to access a job's measurements in a file format. The file types are PDF, JSON, XML, XLSX, and ESX (learn more about the file types, and see examples here). This file could then be downloaded, or used with another Zap (from Hover or another provider) to be sent in an email, sent to a CRM, etc.

Prerequisites

This action must be used in conjunction with a trigger that outputs a Job ID.

Example data from this Zap

The purpose of this Zap is to return a File with the measurements of the structure in your Job, regardless of Deliverable Type. This means you can get Interior, TLA, Rood only, etc PDFs or other files from this Zap. Look below to see an image version and text version of the "data pills" that return from this Zap. The "file" data pill specifically returns a file of type PDF, JSON, XML, XLSX, and ESX (learn more about the file types, and see examples here). These data pills can be used in other Zaps.

Set up

1. In the "Action" segment of the Zap select the desired File type.
2. Specify the email of an administrator in your organization

3. Select a Job ID from the triggering Zap. To do this click the "Choose Value" drop down, click "Custom", and then select Job ID from the data pills of the tirggering Zap.
