What is an Agreement?
An agreement (formally known as Proposals) within Hover is a way to create fast, professional, and read-to-sign agreements built directly from your design and estimates. Agreements can be linked to an Estimate or live as a standalone document (such as a contingency agreement).
Why people use Agreements
Teams will use agreements so job designs and estimates do not need to leave the platform and seamlessly can be included into signable document to present to the homeowner. Businesses can create side-by-side options to help homeowners evaluate Good/Better/Best options for easier decision making.
Why you’d want it in your CRM
Pulling agreements into a CRM allows you to keep a solidified record of all documents (signed or unsigned) related to a customer. This supports a smoother end-to-end workflow for businesses - from lead to a signed deal.
